Proudly based in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, services are available across the region. Further locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. As a dual citizen of Canada and Australia, I also have the privilege of facilitating trainings in Australia during my visits there. While Canada is home, Australia holds a special place in my heart, and I love the opportunity to connect with organizations and communities in both countries. To stay updated on upcoming workshops/events in either Canada or Australia, visit the Events & Training page. This page is updated regularly, as new events are released.

Training is designed for anyone over the age of 18 who is looking to grow both personally and professionally. Whether you're a student, educator, healthcare worker, first responder, social worker, caregiver, or someone passionate about mental health awareness and support, this training can help deepen your understanding and enhance your skills.
