MEET KRISTA
Hi, I’m Krista Kelly, and I’m passionate about empowering others through education, support, and compassion. I provide psychoeducation and training to help individuals, families, and organizations effectively navigate life’s challenges.
Since 2022, I’ve been an ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) trainer, creating safe spaces for learning and growth. I organize workshops for local community members as well as deliver corporate training and specialized sessions for various organizations.
My expertise also extends to training on Compassion Fatigue and vicarious trauma. With certification in this field, I focus on helping individuals and organizations understand how to manage toxic workplace dynamics, recognize the signs and triggers of vicarious trauma, and develop effective coping strategies.
Before becoming a trainer, I spent 10 years in Australia, where I worked as a School Chaplain and Mental Health Support Worker. I also dedicated my time to Child and Youth work, during which I helped young people through critical stages of their lives.
With over 15 years of experience as a Support Worker, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families during their toughest times, providing hope and guidance.
When I’m not training or supporting others, I’m wearing another important hat—that of a wife and mom. My family means the world to me, and I do my best to be present for my children. Balancing work and family life is a priority, and it strengthens my appreciation for fostering a strong foundation of values, restoring connection within communities, and maintaining boundaries and resilience to support mental health and well-being.
I’m here to help create stronger, healthier individuals and communities through compassion, knowledge, and connection. If you’re ready to build awareness and foster well-being in your personal or professional life, I’d love to work with you.
